The SQLBrowse2 function creates a dialog that lets an end user display a list of all database servers that are available on the network for the database technologies specified for a connection.

Syntax

SQLBrowse2( szConnection, svServer );

Parameters

SQLBrowse2 Parameters
Parameter	Description
szConnection	Specifies the name of the connection that you created in the SQL Scripts view.
svServer	When the function returns, this parameter contains the string with the server name that the end user selected. If an alias name was used to connect to a SQL Server database, this parameter contains the alias name.

Return Values

SQLBrowse2 Return Values
Return Value	Description
NEXT	The end user clicked the OK button.
CANCEL	The end user clicked the Cancel button.
< ISERR_SUCCESS	The dialog could not be displayed.
