Adding InstallShield Prerequisites to the Redistributables Gallery

InstallShield 2026 Express Edition

To add an InstallShield prerequisite to the redistributables gallery:

1.

Acquire the new or updated InstallShield prerequisite (.prq) file.

2.

Using Windows Explorer, copy the new prerequisite to the following location:

InstallShield Program Files Folder\SetupPrerequisites

3.

Close InstallShield if it is currently open.

4.

Launch InstallShield.

The modifications made are reflected in the Redistributables view.
