The Destination Folder dialog box opens when you click the Browse button next to the Destination folder box on the Devices Files dialog box.
The Destination Folder dialog box enables you to specify the folder on the mobile device into which a file should be installed. You can select a folder predefined by the Windows Mobile operating system or the folder specified on the Destination Folder panel (the default) of the Windows Mobile Wizard or the Smart Device Setup Wizard. You can also create a new folder.
Adding Folders
To add a new folder to be used as the default destination:
1. | Click the folder under which you want to add a new folder. |
2. | Click the New button. A new folder is created directly beneath the existing folder. |
3. | Type a name for the new folder. |
Renaming Folders
To rename a folder:
1. | Select the folder and click Rename. |
2. | Type the new name. |
You can also rename a folder by right-clicking it and clicking Rename.
Removing Folders
To remove a folder:
Select the folder and click Delete, or right-click a folder and click Delete.
Note: Some folders are predefined by the Windows Mobile operating system and cannot be renamed or removed. Only user-defined folders can be renamed or removed.
