Import of Internal and External SBOM Parts

SBOM Insights supports importing of SBOMs in several formats. First of all, if you are a Code Insight user, the project data export JSON file can be used to import SBOM parts into SBOM Insights. Also, SPDX v2.2 is supported via .spdx files, and CycloneDX v1.4 is supported via .json and .xml files.
