Options to Configure Secure External License Generators
Administrators are now able to secure an external license generator that uses the External SOAP service. The license generator can use either HTTP or SOAP header-based authentication (or no authentication). The new parameters on the Create a License Technology page enable you to configure this security. For more information, refer to the FlexNet Operations online system.
Support for FNP Time Zones in License Model
Time zones currently supported by FlexNet Publisher are now available when creating license models for software products built with the FlexNet Publisher toolkit. A new screen, available under Administer > FlexNet Publisher > Time zones, provides the means to create a list of time zone options available for selection in the license model. The time zones range from GMT -12 to GMT +14. (The GMT +14 time zone must be used by FlexNet Publisher 11.15.1 or greater.)
Only the FlexNet Operations Super User can create the list of available time zone options for use when creating license models.
