Deactivating a Producer

You can deactivate an active producer from its View Producer page. All newly created producers start out with Active status.

To deactivate a producer

1. On the View Producer page, click Edit > Inactivate. This opens the Inactivate Producer page.
2. Click Inactivate.

The Producer Portal changes the producer’s status to Inactive.
