Viewing Fulfillment Records
The Support Licenses and Maintenance page displays all active fulfillments, certificate and trusted, in order of modification date, most recently modified first. Trusted fulfillments are marked with an icon with a blue key.
To view fulfillment records, select Activation ID, Product, Sold To, Hostid, or Fulfill ID from the Search For drop-down, and click Simple Search. You can also search for fulfillment records based on specific criteria.

To see the details of a fulfillment, click its fulfillment ID.

Return a license
|
A license is returned to allow it to be activated again at a later time. The number of returns against an entitlement line item can be limited by a return policy. To return a certificate license, select exactly one fulfillment record and click Support Actions > Return.

Repair a license
|
A certificate license is repaired to change license parameters other than a host ID. The number of repairs against an entitlement line item can be limited by a repair policy. Repairing a license in trusted storage means something different and is done differently. To repair a certificate license, select exactly one fulfillment record and click Support Actions > Repair.

Rehost a license
|
A license is rehosted to change one or more host IDs. The number of rehosts against an entitlement line item can be limited by a rehost policy. To rehost a certificate license, select exactly one fulfillment record and click Support Actions > Rehost.

Generate an emergency license
|
An emergency license is a short-term license generated to cover an emergency situation when a customer’s license has not expired, but isn’t working. To generate an emergency certificate license that is related to a non-working license, select the fulfillment record of the non-working license and click Support Actions > Emergency. Generating an emergency license does not return the original license.

Correct a publisher error
|
If a publisher makes an error when generating a license for a customer, it can be corrected and does not count against a customer’s return, repair, or rehost policy limits. To correct an error the publisher made to a certificate license, select exactly one fulfillment record and click Support Actions > Publisher Error.

Generate a stop gap license
|
If a customer’s license has expired and the customer has not formally renewed its entitlement, the publisher can generate a short-term stop gap license. To generate a stop gap certificate license that is related to an expired license, select the fulfillment record for the expired license and click Support Actions > Stop Gap.

Consolidate licenses
|
You can consolidated the license lines from different certificates into a single file, provided the certificates belong to the same licensing technology and customer account. For FlexNet technology, only certificate licenses can be consolidated.

|
Upgrade a license
|
A customer replaces an older version of a product with a newer version, such as moving from MyProgram Version 4.5 to MyProgram Version 5.0.

|
Upsell a license
|
A customer replaces a product with another product that provides a superset of the original’s functionality, such as moving from the MyProgram Standard Edition to the MyProgram Professional Edition.

Renew a license
|
Extending the expiration date of a product’s original entitlement, or its version date, to a date further in the future. It is not necessary to define a relationship for a renew operation because the product involved does not change.

Save To File
|
A certificate license can be saved to a file.
|
|
Email License
|
A certificate license can be sent as an email attachment.
|
|
View consolidated licenses
|
You can view a list of consolidated license files and also view the contents of individual files.
|
|
Print a fulfillment record
|
Select one or more fulfillment records on the Support Licenses page and click Print.
