Viewing Fulfillment Records (Licenses)

Fulfillment records are displayed with the following information:

•

Type: This column displays symbols for certificate-based, trusted storage-based, or custom licenses.Certificate and custom licenses can be managed from the FlexNet End-User Portal.

•

Fulfillment ID (generated for each fulfillment against an entitlement line item)

•

Activation ID of the entitlement line item

•

Product name, of the product, suite, or maintenance

•

Version number of the orderable

•

Server Id: This is the host ID that appears in the license’s SERVER lines.

•

Node Id: This is the host ID that appears in the license’s FEATURE lines.

•

Count: fulfill amount

•

Support Type: This field tracks whether the original fulfillment (MASTER) has been rehosted (REHOST) or repaired (REPAIR). Partially returned fulfillments (RETURN) and obsolete fulfillments also appear on this page.

•

Fulfill Date: The date that the license was fulfilled or made available for the customer to use.

•

Expiration Date: The date that the license expires.

To print a fulfillment record and its associated license, check one or more fulfillment records and click the Print button.
