Downloading Files
From a download package’s Download List page, you can download selected files.
Note:Use the instructions in Viewing Downloads to locate download packages from which you want to download files.
By default, the Download List page shows all the download package’s files. However, you can use the filter to limit the files shown by their file type, platform, and other file details.
To download files:
| 1. | On the Download List page, click the Files tab. (The End-User Portal shows the Files tab, by default, when you open the Download List page.) |
| 2. | Click check boxes to select the files you want to download. |
| 3. | Click Download Selected Files. The Download Manager opens in a new window. |
Important:To complete your download, the Download Manager must be installed on your system. If it is not installed, follow the instructions in the Download Manager window to download and run the installer, then accept the license agreement. If the Download Manager is already installed but a newer version is available, you are prompted to upgrade the Download Manager. Note that you need to restart your browser after installing the upgrade.
| 4. | In the Download Manager, choose the download location on your system and click Save. |
The Download Manager shows the download progress. Close the Download Manager window when your downloads are complete.
