Viewing Download Logs

The End-User Portal records download activity for each download package. On the Download List page for a download package, you can view logs of download activity on the Download Log tab.

To view download logs

On the Download List page, click the Download Log tab.

The End-User Portal shows a list of download transactions in the Download Log tab. There, you can see records of which files from this download package have been downloaded. For each transaction, you can also see additional details by clicking a file description.

To view a download transaction’s details

In the File Description column, click the description of the file for which you want to see download transactions.

The End-User Portal shows the download transactions for that file in the Download Log tab. Each download transaction is listed by its Download Start date. Click a date to see details about that transaction, such as who downloaded the file and other transaction information.
