The following End-User Portal account permissions are available:

View Entitlements

View entitlements for user’s accounts in read-only mode.

Return

Return a certificate license through the End-User Portal.

Important:If Return is assigned to a role, also assign Generate Licenses.

For FlexNet Embedded, when Return permission is assigned to a role, an end user can remove add-ons from a device.

Repair

Repair a certificate license through the End-User Portal.

Important:If Repair is assigned to a role, also assign Generate Licenses.

Rehost

Rehost a certificate license through the End-User Portal.

Important:If Rehost is assigned to a role, also assign Generate Licenses.

Generate Licenses

Generate a certificate license through the End-User Portal.

Important:If Generate Licenses is assigned to a role, also assign View Entitlements.

For FlexNet Embedded, when Generate Licenses permission is assigned to a role, an end user can map add-ons to a device.

View Licenses

View licenses for a user’s accounts in read-only mode.

Transfer Line Items

Transfer entitlement line items through the End-User Portal.

View Devices

View devices for a user’s accounts in read-only mode.

Split Line Items or Bulk Entitlements

View Expiring Entitlements

View the Expiring Entitlements page, subscribe to renewal reminders, receive Renewal Reminder email messages. The View Expiring Entitlements covers both expiring entitlement and expired entitlement features.

View Certificate

View the View certificate menu item on the List Entitlements page in the End-User Portal.

Note:Visibility of the View certificate menu item is globally controlled by the configuration Hide View Certificate (under System > Configure > End-User Portal Setup > Entitlements Page). This configuration takes priority. If it is enabled, the View certificate menu item will remain hidden for all users, regardless of their permissions.

Email Licenses

View the Email menu item on the List Entitlements page in the End-User Portal.
