Deleting a Single Sign-On Configuration

If you no longer require a single sign-on configuration you can delete it. After you delete a configuration, any users who try to sign in to the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal or End-User Portal are no longer redirected to the identity provider. Instead they are directed to the Producer Portal or End-User Portal, respectively, and are prompted to sign in using basic credentials.

Ensure that when you delete an SSO configuration to also remove the related configuration in your identity provider.

To reconfigure the SSO configuration, you need to re-enter the metadata from your identity provider.

To delete a single sign-on configuration

1. In the Producer Portal, click Administer > Configure Single Sign-On. This link shows the Configure Single Sign-On page.
2. On the Configure Single Sign-On page, select the check box for the configuration that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.

Note:After you delete a configuration, it takes a few minutes for the deletion to take effect.
