Managing Bookmarked Views
The Bookmark feature allows you to bookmark a specific set of filters and configurations applied to a report, so that you can quickly return to that exact view later. It does not create a new report but saves the current state (filters, selections) as a view, which can be private or public.
To bookmark a view

When you made changes to a report that you want to bookmark, click Bookmark > Save Current View. The Save Current View dialog is displayed. |

Enter a meaningful view name and (optionally) a description. |

3.

Select a visibility option: |
|
•
|
Personal—The view is only visible to you. |
|
•
|
Public—The view is visible to all users in your environment. |
After you saved a view, you can return to the same report later and apply the view.
To manage bookmarked views

1.

Navigate to the bookmarked report. |
|
2.
|
Click Bookmark > Show Saved Views. The Saved Views dialog displays the list of views. |

You have the following options: |

Apply a view—Click the View icon. The bookmarked view (that is, the filters) are applied to the report. |

Edit a view—Click the Edit icon. Edit the view’s properties—name, description or visibility options—and click Update View. |
Tip:To save an edited version of a view, apply the filters as desired and click Save Current View.

Apply a view—Click the Delete icon. Confirm that you want to delete the view. |
