“Dates” Versus “Date Names”

Sometimes there may be a need to filter based on “date names” and not dates. An example of this is when you want to find all data for the “month of January” and not “January 2023”. Or “Q3” in general, as opposed to “Q3 2022”. This can be accomplished by choosing Quarter of Year, Month of Year, etc. options in the date filter, as opposed to Quarter, Month, etc. This feature is available for date filters when using the Equals operator.
