Managing Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a report, FlexNet Operations automatically exports one or more reports at specified intervals and sends them to a specified email address or multiple addresses. The recipient will receive a download link which is valid for 7 days from the date of creation.

Important:To access the download link, recipients must have a valid FlexNet Operations login. If a recipient is not already authenticated, they are prompted to sign in before the download begins. This ensures that only authorized users can access subscription content.

You create, view, and manage report subscriptions using the Subscriptions Dashboard.
