Emailing Bulk Operation Notifications
When a bulk operation processes an upgrade for entitlements, you can initiate that end users are sent an email for each upgraded line item.
Note:Email notifications can only be sent for completed bulk operations. In addition, ensure that the Ship To Email field on the Create a Bulk Entitlement page has been populated with the recipient email (see Creating a Bulk Entitlement).

4.
Enter the following information: |
•
Email Type: Select if you want to send emails for entitlements or fulfillment, or both. |
•
Language for email: Select the language of the email that will be sent. |
•
Submit Job: Select Now if the notification should be sent immediately, or select Later and provide the date and time to schedule the sending of the email. |
You can check the email bulk operation job status in the Email Status column on the Bulk Operations page. A submitted job can have the status Success, Failed, or Pending. The Notes column shows additional information.
If an email job for a bulk operation has already been submitted, emails will be sent for any records for which an email could not be sent earlier.
Note:When entitlements are upgraded during a bulk operation and the same product exists on multiple line items of the upgraded entitlement, a customer will receive a single email notification instead of a notification for every upgraded line item.
