Update Data

Note:Only use the Update Data trigger for notifications that are based on field values.

Use the Update Data trigger when you want the notification to start whenever information in an existing dataset has been updated. Select the dataset name you would like this notification to monitor, then continue with your conditions and actions.

Important:Be aware that the Update Data trigger might result in notifications being sent every four hours (as per the refresh cycle of the FlexNet Operations Reporting Database).
