Changing an Entitlement Line Item’s Start or Expiration Date
From the Entitle Customers to Licenses page, you can change the start and/or expiration date for multiple line items in an entitlement in one step.
Note:You can only edit the start and/or expiration date for line items in Draft state, or—if the configuration option Allow Editing of Deployed Entities is selected—in Deployed state.
To change a line item’s start or expiration date
| 1. | Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This opens the List Entitlements by Order page. |
| 2. | Navigate to the desired entitlement by clicking the entitlement’s hyperlinked ID. This opens the Entitle Customers to Licenses page. |
| 3. | Under Line Items, select one or more line items whose start and/or expiration date you want to change. |
| 4. | Click Change Start/Expiration Date. This opens the Change Start/Expiration Date window. |
| 5. | Use the controls to specify a new start and or expiration date. |
| 6. | Click Update. |
The start and/or expiration dates for the selected line items are changed accordingly.
