Viewing Feature Details for Cloud License Servers

Detailed information for each feature on a Cloud License Server is available via the Features tab and its subtabs (available from the Cloud License Server Details page).

The available information includes the feature start date, the total count allocated to the server, the count currently being used, the number of reserved licenses within the used count, and any feature selectors and vendor string information defined for the feature.

This view also includes a Served Info section, listing the client devices that currently have the feature’s count currently checked out.

To view feature information

Click Devices > Devices to open the Devices page.

On the Devices page, click the Name of a Cloud License Server you want to inspect. This opens the Cloud License Server Details page.

On the Cloud License Server Details page, open the Features tab.

On the Features tab, click the hyperlinked name of the feature for which you want to display detailed information.

This opens a detailed view for the selected feature, which includes the following fields:

Column	Description
Feature Name	The name of the feature or capability.
Version	The version of the feature. This helps differentiate between multiple releases of the same feature.
Start Date	The date from which this feature record becomes valid and available for use.
Total Count	The total number of license units available for this feature across all entitlements and activations.
Available	The number of license units still available for checkout from this record.
Used Count	The count currently being used.
Reserved Count	The number of reserved licenses within the used count.
Vendor String	Optional metadata defined by the producer, often used for filtering or categorization.
Feature Expiry	The expiration date of this feature record. If marked as permanent, the feature does not expire.

To return to the Details subtab, click the Back button.
