Browsing Accounts and Sub-Accounts

Accounts and sub-accounts are displayed, one type at a time, on tabs labeled Producers, Customers, Partners, and Self Registered on the Manage Accounts page. If you are assigned a role with the View Accounts or View and Manage Accounts permission, you can browse accounts in the Producer Portal. You can also view an account’s hierarchy—the parent account and any sub-accounts associated with it. To view any sub-accounts of an account, click the + icon to expand the tree view in the Manage Accounts list.

The Manage Accounts page provides the following information:

Account ID: Unique identifier of the account

•

Account Name: User-friendly name of the account

•

Created By, Created On: User name of the creator and date of creation

•

Description, City, State, Country: If included in the account settings, these columns are also populated in the accounts list.
