Browsing Users with a Role

In this exercise, you browse users who are assigned a particular role.

To browse users with a particular role

1.

Click Accounts & Users > All Roles.

2.

To see the users with a Portal User Role, click the users link for that role under Mapped Users. The Users For Role page appears with the following information about the users who are assigned this role:

User Name: Login name of the user and whether the account is shared (portaluser is shared)

•

Display Name: Full name of the user

•

Date Created: Date the user was created

•

Date of Last Login: Date of user’s last login (not recorded for shared users)

•

Status: Whether the user is active or inactive

Review the information and note that portaluser is a shared user.

4.

Use your browser’s Back button to return to the Roles page, then repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the System Administrator role. Note that legacyuser and trustedstorageuser are also shared users.
