Alerts
The Customer Growth Dashboard page also displays a list of alerts, the accounts, and type of alerts. Alerts are only displayed if the watched accounts are selected by clicking the Watchlist button. An alert is generated when either a renewal or consumption score crosses a threshold: Healthy, Warning, or At Risk—in either direction.
The alert shows:
| • | How long ago the alert was triggered |
| • | The score when the alert was triggered |
| • | The type of change, i.e. from Warning to At Risk |
Clicking on an alert notice takes you to the Alerts tab for that account and filters the results based the type of alert selected (i.e. Renewal Health or Consumption).
