Watched and Unwatched Accounts
The Producer Portal includes a Watchlist to which you can add or remove the accounts you want to follow most closely on the Customer Growth pages. Initially, the Watchlist is empty, but you can manage your Watchlist on the Accounts Health page by clicking the Watch/Unwatch icon. Then, on the Customer Growth Dashboard, you can switch between All Accounts and Watchlist, depending on whether you want to see metrics for all accounts or focus in on only the watched accounts.
The accounts in your Watchlist and the setting of the Watchlist toggle on the Customer Growth Dashboard determine which accounts are included in the Customer Growth charts and related pages. The Watchlist toggle affects which account are included in the Customer Growth charts, scores, and account lists. This setting has an impact on the following Producer Portal pages:
• | Customer Growth Dashboard—Charts, scores, and accounts include just the watched accounts or all accounts. Also, if you have one or more watched accounts, these accounts appear at the top of the list when the Watchlist toggle is set to All Accounts. |
• | Accounts Health—Lists only watched accounts or all accounts. |
• | Producer Portal Home—Charts and scores include just the watched accounts or all accounts. |
