Creating a Customer Account

In this exercise, you create customer account Barry Photography Studio.

To create a customer account

1.

Log in to the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal.

2.

Click Accounts & Users > Create Account. The Create An Account page appears. Note that Account Type is CUSTOMER.

3.

On the Create An Account page, enter the customer account attributes:

Account ID: Type BarryPhoto

•

Account Name: Type Barry Photography Studio

Important:Do not enter a colon ( : ) character in the Account Name field.

Keep the default values for all other attributes.

4.

Click Save. The Barry Photography Studio account is saved and this message appears: Account BarryPhoto has been successfully added.
