Order/Entitle – Define an customer’s rights to obtain licenses for your products.

Deliver⁄Install – Deliver the application software to the customer and install that software.

•

Activate – Deliver licenses to the customer.

•

Return/Rehost – Manage license transfers from one user or system to another.

•

Maintain/Update – Deliver software and license updates to the customer.

•

Upsell/Renew – Renew customer licenses, or sell the customer additional product functionality.
