Device Registration

It is recommended that standalone devices (including anonymous devices) register themselves using the /registrations API, to avoid a manual step of registering using the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal. Servers can only be registered through the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal. Served devices can not be registered.
