Separate help libraries support the Producer Portal, generally, and the Reporter, specifically.
Using Context-Sensitive Reporter Help
Reporter has its own online help library, called the Web Assistant, separate from the FlexNet Operations User Guide.
To access the Web Assistant, click the 
icon in the top right corner of Reporter.
For a short overview of the new functionality in version 4.3, click 
and then the What’s New 
icon. Then select What’s New in BI Launch Pad.
Note:Functionality related to SAP Crystal Reports is not supported.
When you have questions about Reporter, first consult the online help.

FlexNet Operations User Guide
Help for the Producer Portal is available both from the FlexNet Operations User Guide link and directly from certain individual interface elements.
When you have questions about the Producer Portal, first consult the FlexNet Operations User Guide. This user guide is the main manual for the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal.
