Refreshing Reports

You can manually refresh a report as needed or specify that a report is refreshed by default every time it is opened.

To refresh a report manually

In the Query section of the toolbar, click the Refresh icon (available in all modes).

To specify whether a report should be refreshed when it is opened

1.

Open the report in Design mode and click the icon to open the Main pane, if it is not already open.

In the Main pane, click the icon.

3.

Under Data Options, select the desired setting for Refresh on open.
