Viewing Entitlement History
The transaction history of an entitlement including a summary of what was changed and who changed it can be displayed when viewing an entitlement order.
To see the change detail of an entitlement:
| 1. | Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This link opens the List Entitlements by Order page. |
| 2. | Search for an entitlement. |
| 3. | Click the entitlement ID to open it in the Create an Entitlement page. |
| 4. | Click View Transaction at the bottom of the page. The Search Transactions: Results page opens and list of updates is displayed. See Viewing Transaction Histories for more information. |
