Viewing Fulfillment History

The fulfillment history provides an audit trail of license activation, reinstallation, and rehosting activities associated with the entitlement line item.

You can view the fulfillment history of an entitlement identified with an activation ID when viewing an entitlement order.

To view the fulfillment history of a line item:

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This link opens the List Entitlements by Order page.

Locate the entitlement. You can search for entitlements based on specific criteria by

Specifying some particular values in the simple search, like Entitlement ID Starts With

•

Clicking Advanced Search, which lets you specify multiple search attributes.

Click the entitlement ID to open it in the Create an Entitlement page.

Find the entitlement line item whose history you want to view and click its Fulfill History link. A pop-up window is displayed with the fulfillment history.

Action	Description
Activated	A license has been activated and a fulfillment record has been created.
Rehosted	A license has successfully been moved to a different host. (Applicable to license file-based licensing only.)
Reinstalled	A license has been reinstalled to the same host after an operating system reinstallation or deletion of trusted storage.
Reinstall Requested	A request to reinstall a license has been received and will be processed according to the reinstall policy defined for the license model.

Click OK to close the pop-up window.
