Transferring Licenses

When you transfer licenses, you move all licenses for one account from one host to another. This is typically used when a host crashes and licenses on it must be moved to a new machine.

To transfer licenses from one account to another

1.

Click Licenses > Transfer Licenses. This link opens the Transfer Licenses page.

In Account, select the account from which you want to transfer licenses.

In Source Host, select the host of the source licenses.

4.

In Target Host, select the host that you will transfer licenses to.

5.

Select whether or not you want to consolidate the licenses into a single file.

Click Next.

On the summary page, review the details of your transfer. If necessary, click Back to correct any incorrect entries. If correct, click Transfer. The licenses are transferred to the specified host.
