Listing Downloads

The End-User Portal provides access to downloads to which you are entitled. On the End-User Portal, the Downloads menu provides a number of commands for finding and viewing those downloads. Use the List Downloads command to show all downloads.

To list all downloads

Click Downloads > List Downloads.

The End-User Portal shows the Downloads page that lists all the downloads to which you are entitled. Choose a producer and then a product line to list available download packages.

Note:The downloads to which a user is entitled depends in part upon the user’s account. Users who are members of multiple accounts can use the Change Account control on the Downloads page to select from the accounts to which they belong.
