Searching Downloads

The End-User Portal provides access to downloads to which you are entitled. On the End-User Portal, the Downloads menu provides a number of commands for finding and viewing those downloads. Use the Search Downloads command to locate a download package or download file according to its name, product, version, and so forth.

To search downloads:

Click Downloads > Search Downloads. The End-User Portal opens the Download Search page.

On the Download Search page, for Search for, enter search criteria to identify the download file or package you want to find.

For Show Results for, choose which entity to show in the search results. Choose either Download Packages or Files.

For Sort by, choose how the search results will be sorted. Choose either Relevance or Date.

Click Search.

The End-User Portal shows a list of download packages or files that match the search criteria you entered. Click on a file or download package in the search results to view its Download List page.
