Viewing Usage Reports
End-User Portal users can view usage history reports, when available, in the End-User Portal. Choose an enterprise (customer account) for which to see usage reports.
To view a usage report:
| 1. | In the Producer Portal, click Usage > Usage Report. |
| 2. | For Account, specify the customer account for which you want to see usage reports. |
| 3. | Click Search. |
The End-User Portal opens the View Usage for Account: <customer account> page. This page includes usage gauges (default), tables, timelines, and comparisons for the designated product line and date. Click the report type buttons to switch between report types.
This page also allows you to select different product lines and to alter the dates for which usage history data is shown.

The product line for which you want to see usage reports. Only reports that include usage history for products in the specified product line are included in the search results. |

The date limit for usage reports. Reports that occur after the specified As of Date value are excluded from the search results. |
