Analyzing Usage and Entitlement Data

FlexNet Operations’ embedded Analytics functionality leverages data from the data warehouse to deliver a 360-degree view of your customers. The Analytics functionality, available on the Analytics menu, is split into the following areas:

Custom Reports	Build reports tailored to the insights you care about most, such as tracking product-usage trends, monitoring entitlements, reviewing renewals, or focusing on other strategic business needs.
Notifications	Conditional notifications provide you with an automated framework to act on the data.
Downloads	The Download Manager provides a central place to track and retrieve downloads.
Subscriptions	Using subscriptions, share insights from dashboards and reports within your organization and even end-users.

Usage and entitlement data offer insights crucial for prediction, customer success and retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. You can view data visualizations to gain insight into customer trends and then perform actions relating to those insights using conditional notifications.
