Analyzing Usage and Entitlement Data (New)
Important Note about Changes to the Analytics Platform
Revenera is transitioning its Analytics platform in the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal to a new analytics provider, to provide users with advanced analytics capabilities. The new Analytics platform (available from the Analytics (New) menu) is now available in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. The original menu item is now labeled Analytics (Legacy).
Updated Documentation
The documentation for the functionality available from the Analytics (New) menu is still being completed. Some sections may be incomplete or subject to change as we continue to enhance the feature. Updated documentation will be published regularly as the feature evolves.

Introduction to FlexNet Operations Analytics
FlexNet Operations’ embedded Analytics functionality leverages data from the data warehouse to deliver a 360-degree view of your customers. The Analytics functionality, available on the Analytics (New) menu, is split into the following areas:

Usage and entitlement data offer insights crucial for prediction, customer success and retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. You can view data visualizations to gain insight into customer trends and then perform actions relating to those insights using conditional notifications.
