High-Water Mark Report

The High-Water Mark report provides insights into your customers’ usage patterns of specific features in enterprise applications over time. The report is based on served device records and shows the feature consumption over a configurable amount of time. It enables you to identify trends in feature usage, which can help you determine how features are being utilized amongst your customer base.

Filter by account name or feature name to see how feature use for a specific account is trending over time. See also Drilldown in High-Water Mark Report.

Note: A feature is uniquely identified by its name and its version.

Tip:The High-Water Mark report shows data for served devices only. To get insight into license use for any license type, use the Fulfillments report.
