Drilldown in High-Water Mark Report

You can drill down into the charts of the High-Water Mark report to visualize lower levels of the underlying data. The drilldown acts as an additional filter, which is reflected in the Filter panel and in the filter menu of the Feature Consumption Details table (below the charts).

Note:The drilldown action has no effect on the Features and Account Name dropdown filters (above the Monthly Feature Consumption Trend chart).

Before you drill down, you can point to the desired data point (a dot in the line chart or a bar in the bar chart) to display the underlying data in the form of a string.

To drill down, click on a data point. Note that for every drilldown action, a relevant filter is added to the Filter panel. To drill back up to the previous view, remove or disable the filter that was added by the drilldown from the Filter panel (see also Editing or Deleting a Filter).

Any filters are reset to their default values when you navigate away from the High-Water Mark report.

You can drill down by feature name or by date range, or both.

Drilldown by Feature Name—In the Top Feature Requests by Served Devices bar chart, click on a bar to see all requests made for a particular feature within the time frame set by the filter (if applicable). You will notice the following:
The bar chart changes to a single bar which represents the total number of requests for the feature.
The Overall Feature Consumption Trend line chart adjusts to display the total number of counts for the selected feature for the specified time frame.
In the Filter panel, the particular feature name is added as a filter condition in the Dashboard layer, using the AND operator.
The Monthly Feature Consumption Trend chart and the Feature Consumption Details table adjusts to reflect the filter.
Drilldown by Date—In the Monthly Feature Consumption Trend line chart, click on a dot to focus on the next-lower level of the date hierarchy (for example, you can drill down from showing feature requests for a duration of 3 months to a specific month). You will notice the following:
The line chart changes to represent the next level in the hierarchy (months or days).
The Top Feature Requests by Served Devices bar chart adjusts to display the total number of feature requests for the specified time frame.
In the Filter panel, the Last Modified Date filter includes the new filter condition (for example, Equals (Month, Year): Apr 2023).

You can further filter the data by Feature or Account Name, or any field using the regular filters.
