The Renewals Rate table provides a high-level summary of renewal performance across global regions and time periods. It breaks down renewal and expiration volumes by quarter, enabling data-driven decision-making around customer retention and support resource allocation. Also, this report helps identify trends over time, highlighting areas where renewal rates are strong and where improvements are needed. It also serves as an early warning system for potential churn, allowing proactive measures to be taken.

Number of entitlements that expired without renewal in the given quarter. |
Renewal Rate |
% of renewals completed versus total expiring entitlements in that quarter. |
The Completed Renewals table provides detailed visibility into software and subscription renewals across customers and partners. It allows stakeholders to track entitlement expiration, manage renewals proactively, and export filtered data. Additionally, the table helps identify high-value accounts that require attention and ensures no renewal opportunities are missing. It supports operational efficiency by giving teams real-time access to renewal information and enables better collaboration across sales, support and customer success teams by providing as single source of truth for renewal data.

Renewal Start Date |
The date on which the renewed entitlement becomes active. |
Renewal Expiration Date |
The date on which the renewed entitlement is set to expire if not renewed again. |
Renewal Part Number |
The product part number associated with the renewal, used for product and SKU identification. |
The Expired Line Items table is designed to provide granular visibility into all expired software entitlements, licenses, or subscriptions. This data supports proactive renewal planning, customer retention strategies, and audit readiness by showcasing what products or services have reached expiration. It enables stakeholders to identify patterns in non-renewals, evaluate the potential impact on revenue, prioritize follow-up actions with customers. The table also helps sales and customer success teams uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities by highlighting accounts with recently expired entitlements. By consolidating expiration details in one place, it ensures greater operational efficiency and reduces the risk of missed renewals.

Renewals: Entitlement Expiration By Month Bar Chart
The Renewals: Entitlement Expiration By Month report provides a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of your customers' renewal position for subscription licenses. The report shows the entitlements that are about to expire within a configurable time frame (default: 90 days), along with information about the entitlements' owner, entitlement ID, activation ID, as well as information about the products mapped to the entitlements.

The Renewals: Entitlement Expiration By Month chart is useful in highlighting those customers whose renewal status is of most interest to the appropriate stakeholders, namely Renewals Managers and Customer Success Managers. Stakeholders also have the option to set up automated notifications using managed notifications (see Setting Up Conditional Notifications Based on Data Changes), or to download the data and send it to their customers directly.
The Renewals: Entitlement Expiration By Month chart can also be used to show entitlements that have already expired and use this as a basis to re-engage with customers.
The Upcoming Renewals Listing table is designed to help teams manage and track software entitlements that are approaching their expiration dates. It provides a detailed snapshot of each entitlement, including customer account details, product information, and expiration dates.
The Upcoming Renewals Listing table draws data from the Entitlements dataset that is used by the FlexNet Operations Data Access API. For more information, see FlexNet Operations Data Access APIs.
