Renewals Report
The Renewals report provides a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of your customers’ renewal position, covering subscription licenses and perpetual licenses. The report shows the entitlements that are about to expire within a configurable time frame (default: 90 days), along with information about the entitlements’ owner, entitlement ID, activation ID, as well as information about the products mapped to the entitlements.
The Renewals report is useful in highlighting those customers whose renewal status is of most interest to the appropriate stakeholders, namely Renewals Managers and Customer Success Managers. Stakeholders also have the option to set up automated notifications using managed notifications (see Setting Up Conditional Notifications Based on Data Changes), or to download the data and send it to their customers directly.
The Renewals report can also be used to show entitlements that have already expired and use this as a basis to re-engage with customers.
