Creating the Notification of Type “Aggregate Value”

In this first step, you create a notification and specify its broad parameters, such as name, dataset, and notification type.

To create the conditional notification

1.

Click Analytics > Conditional Notifications.

The Conditional Notifications page opens.

Click New Notification.

In the Create Conditional Notification dialog, specify the following:

•

Enter a meaningful name for the notification, for example, Feature “abc” exceeds 50 requests over the quarter.

•

Select the dataset Served Device.

•

Select the notification type Aggregate (Metric) value.

The following image shows the Create Conditional Notification dialog with the sample parameters mentioned in the description above.

Click Continue.

The Edit Conditional Notification page opens with the Metric tab selected.
