Use Case: Send Notification When an Account Is Created in a Specific Region (Field Value)

In this use case, you create a conditional notification that sends an email to a specified email address whenever an account is created in a specific region (that is, in the account record, the Region field is populated with the desired value). The notification uses the Field Value type and the New Data trigger.
