Deleting an Entitlement Line Item

You can delete an entitlement line item if the following conditions are met:

The entitlement line item is not mapped to a device.

If you want to delete a line item that is mapped to a device, you need to first remove the line item from the device.

•

The entitlement line item is in Test, Draft, or Obsolete state.

To delete an entitlement line item

1.

Open the entitlement that contains the line item that you want to delete.

2.

Under Line Items, select the check box(es) for the line item(s) that you want to delete.

3.

Click Delete.
