FlexNet Connect Cloud

NOTE: For instructions on accessing the Revenera Product and License Center, see Accessing the Revenera Product and License Center.

The FlexNet Connect Cloud downloads are available from the Revenera Product and License Center.

Obtaining and Downloading Product Documentation and Additional Files

To obtain and download product documentation and additional files for FlexNet Connect Cloud:

  1. Log in to the Revenera Product and License Center. The Product and License Center opens.
  2. In the left navigation panel, under Entitlements, click Product List.

    NOTE: The Product List page shows all the product lines to which your account is entitled. If your account is entitled to one product line, clicking the Product List link opens the Product Information page directly.

  3. If the Product List page shows multiple products, click the FlexNet Connect link. The Product Information page opens.
  4. In the Product and File Downloads column, click the link for the item you want to download. The Product Download page opens.
  5. In the File Name column, click the appropriate download link.

    NOTE: To download multiple items, mark the check box next to the appropriate files and click Download Selected Files. The Download Manager window opens. Click Browse and select a location to save the selected files. Then, click OK to save the files to the selected location.

Accessing the FlexNet Connect Producer Website

Open the FlexNet Connect Producer website and log in.

  • If you have evaluated FlexNet Connect previously, your username and password will not change.
  • If you do not have an account setup yet, please contact your Revenera sales representative.

Within one business day, you will see the purchase details from this order reflected in the License Agreement section on the lower right of the start page on the FlexNet Connect Producer website.

Configuring License Keys

If you purchased a platform (for C XT OS X, C XT Red Hat reference Linux, C XT Windows, Debian reference Linux ARM, Porting Kit), please refer to the License Key Order Confirmation email message you received for detailed instructions.

Documentation and additional files that pertain to license keys are available in the Revenera Product and License Center.

NOTE: The FlexNet Connect 2018 R1 and later client only supports the FlexNet Operations Updates and Insights module.

Support

For download problems or questions, click on Support in the navigation menu of the Revenera Community to open the Support Hub page. Customers that own a valid FlexNet Connect support maintenance plan and have technical support questions pertaining the product may submit their questions online on the Support Hub page.
