Viewing Buckets
Use the following procedure to view the list of current buckets and their properties.
Note:You can also use SBOM Insights REST API to view details for all current buckets or an individual bucket. See SBOM Insights API for more information about working with the APIs.
To view the list of current buckets:
| 1. | Click Manage Buckets in the left navigation panel to open the Manage Buckets page. |
The list of buckets is displayed, showing the following attributes and management options for each bucket.

Column |
Description |

Id |
The ID that SBOM Insights automatically generated for the bucket at its creation. |
|
Name |
The name of the bucket. |
|
Type |
The bucket type representing the entity or context containing the open-source, third-party, or commercial software components represented by the bucket’s collection of parts. (For a description of bucket types, see Creating a Bucket.) |
|
Has Parent |
The Yes or No value indicating whether the bucket is a child bucket of another bucket. |
|
Created On |
The date on which the bucket was created. |
|
Updated On |
The date on which the bucket was last updated. If the bucket has not been updated since its creation, a hyphen (-) is displayed. |

Actions |
Click the menu icon |
to select the action to perform on the bucket: | 2. | Click Refresh as needed to refresh the Bucket list with the latest data. |
| 3. | (Optional) Reformat the Bucket list view to focus on the specific data you want to see. For more information, see Managing Lists in SBOM Insights. |
| 4. | (Optional) In the Bucket list, edit or delete a specific bucket or export the current page of buckets to a comma-separated value file (.csv). See the appropriate topic: |
