Account Detail Pages
The account detail pages in the Producer Portal show more detailed information about the health of a particular account. These pages are titled, Account <AccountName>. You get to them by clicking on an account name on the dashboard or on the Accounts Health page.
Tip:You can click Watch on an account’s detail page to add it to your Watchlist.
The in-depth information on the account detail page is divided into three tabs:
| • | Overview—shows a summary of health scores for the current account. This tab is the default tab for the account details page. |
| • | Products—shows product, feature, and license consumption for the current account. |
| • | Renewals—shows the renewal health of each product for which the account is licensed. |
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is displayed by default. It displays the Account KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)—the account health, renewal health, and consumption scores—related to that account. Other tabs include Products and Renewals.
There is also a health meter line graph showing the trends for that health metric. Hover over the points on the graph to see the date and its related health score for that metric.
Products Tab
The Products tab to see the list of products for the current account. Products are listed by their consumption scores, and show the current consumed quantity and total available quantity along with the product name and description. Producers can click on the consumed quantity number of any product to see feature consumption details for that product in the current account.

Consumed quantity |
The total number of licenses or features that have been consumed. If feature consumption exists, the Producer Portal renders this number as a link. |

Total quantity |
The sum of all possible features or licenses plus all possible quantities not mapped to a server. |

Product name |
The name of the product. |

Description |
A description of the product. |
On the Products tab, you can filter the list and view feature-usage details for a particular product. See Working with the Products Tab on the Account Details Page for instructions.
Renewals Tab
The Renewals tab to see the renewal health of each product for which the account has licenses.
