Browsing Groups

If a directory service domain other than FlexNet is configured in FlexNet Operations, user groups can be created and displayed in FlexNet Operations.

Users assigned roles with the View Users or View and Manage Users permission can browse groups.

To browse existing groups:

1.

Click Administer > Browse Groups.

2.

In the Groups page, you can view the following information:

•

Group Name: Directory service name of the group.

•

Domain: The domain that the group belongs to.

•

Status: Whether the group is active or inactive. If the group is inactive, the corresponding roles and resulting permissions will not be applied to the user.
