Downloading a Single Download Package
You can use the Download Now link on the List Entitlements page to download a download package for a single line item.
The Download Now link in the Downloads column indicates whether a line item is associated with a download package.
Important:If a proxy configuration is used and the proxy server is hosted on a cloud platform, you can only use the Download Manager to download files after you have logged in to your cloud account. You only need to log in once.
To download a download package for a single line item:
| 1. | On the List Entitlements page, in the Downloads column, click the Download Now link for the desired activation ID. This opens the Download Order page for the selected activation ID. |
| 2. | Select the tab for the relevant version. Current download packages appear on the New Versions tab; older download packages appear on the Previous Versions tab. |
| 3. | Click the link for the relevant download package. This opens the Downloads page. The Files tab shows all the download package’s files. |
| 4. | Click the check boxes to select the files you want to download. |
| 5. | Click Download Selected Files. The Download Manager opens in a new window. |
Important:To complete your download, the Download Manager must be installed on your system. If it is not installed, follow the instructions in the Download Manager window to download and run the installer, then accept the license agreement. If the Download Manager is already installed but a newer version is available, you are prompted to upgrade the Download Manager. Note that you need to restart your browser after installing the upgrade.

| 6. | In the Download Manager, choose the download location on your system and click Save. |
The Download Manager shows the download progress. Close the Download Manager window when your downloads are complete.
