Downloading Download Packages for an Entitlement
You can view the download packages to which you are entitled and download the packages directly from the List Entitlements page.
By default, the List Entitlements page lists all the activatable entitlement line items to which your account is entitled. However, you can use the search to locate entitlements for which you want to download any download packages.
You can download current download packages in the following ways:
| • | By clicking the Download Now link for a line item in the Downloads column. Using this method, you can download only one download package at a time. |
| • | By selecting line items and clicking View > View Download Packages. This enables you to download the download packages for multiple line items in one action. |
