Downloading Multiple Download Packages

You use the View > View Download Packages option on the List Entitlements page to download current download packages for multiple activatable line items in one action.

Before you attempt the download, note the following:

The View Download Packages option is visible only if your producer has enabled its display.

•

The Download button is visible only if your producer has enabled its display.

Important:If a proxy configuration is used and the proxy server is hosted on a cloud platform, you can only use the Download Manager to download files after you have logged in to your cloud account. You only need to log in once.

To download multiple download packages:

On the List Entitlements page, select the line items for which you want to download current download packages.

Click View > View Download Packages. This opens the Download Packages page in a new window.

If you are registered under more than one account, use the accounts dropdown above the grid to select the account for which you want to view download packages. You can only view download packages and files to which your account is entitled to.

In the Download Packages page, do one of the following:

To download all files from a download package, select one or more download packages and click Download.

Tip: You can also select multiple download packages across pages. Simply select the download packages you want to download from a page and use the arrow buttons to navigate through the pages. Your selection on each page will be remembered when you click Download.

To download individual files from a single download package, click the relevant download package ID. In the Files window that opens, select the file or files that you want to download and click Download selected.

Important:To complete your download, the Download Manager must be installed on your system. If it is not installed, follow the instructions in the Download Manager window to download and run the installer, then accept the license agreement. If the Download Manager is already installed but a newer version is available, you are prompted to upgrade the Download Manager. Note that you need to restart your browser after installing the upgrade.

Important:Only validated packages can be downloaded. For information about validation, see Validating Download Packages.

The Download Manager shows the download progress in a new window. Close the Download Manager window when your downloads are complete.
