Logging In to the End-User Portal
You can log in to the End-User Portal in one of four ways:

Method |
Description |

Using a producer-issued User Name and Password |
Logging in with this method enables you to see all the entitlements and fulfillments, if any, associated with your organization (as defined by your producer). After creating a user account, your producer emails you a temporary password, which you use to log in to the End-User Portal for the first time. You are then prompted to reset your password and enter a secret question and answer for password retrieval. If you ever forget your password, the secret question is used to identify you and generate a new password. Note:You can change your password through a link on the Start Page. Using an End-User Portal account User Name and Password |
Logging in with this method enables you to see entitlement line items and fulfillments, if any, associated with the entitlement IDs and activation IDs that you map to your Portal account. If you have an entitlement ID or activation ID, you can create your own End-User Portal account by self-registering through the End-User Portal. Note:For more information, see Registering for an Account using an Entitlement ID or Activation ID. Note:You can change your password through a link on the Start Page. See Changing Your Password. |

Logging in with this method enables you to see all entitlement line items and fulfillments, if any, associated with the entitlement ID. |

Logging in with this method enables you to see the entitlement line item and fulfillments, if any, associated with the activation ID. |
Auto-Login
If your FlexNet Operations End-User Portal is integrated with your corporate portal (Single Sign On) then you may only be prompted for user name instead of user name and password. Consult your FlexNet Operations administrator for details on your End-User Portal integration.
