Using Analytics Reports to Explore Customer Data
The Analytics Dashboard and reports—available from the Analytics menu—provide a visual representation of the most important FlexNet Operations entities related to your customer accounts and their entitlement usage. The dashboard and reports are designed to help stakeholders from a wide range of areas—from Renewals Management, Customer Success Management and Support to Product Management—identify trends.
Permissions Required for Using Analytics Functionality
A user must be assigned a role with the View Dashboard permission to access functionality available under Analytics > Reports.
